 The Spirit of Liberty has inhabited many throughout the ages, but none so famously as Kelly Leonard. The timeless spirit granted Kelly her powers shortly before the American Revolution, but she did not adopt the costume and moniker of Lady Liberty until WW2. With threats like the Rikti invasion, and Arachnos, Lady Liberty finds herself needed more than ever.
